Appointment Policy

1. Scheduling Appointments: To ensure availability and convenience, we encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance. Appointments can be made by phone, online through our website, or in person at Milash Studio. You are required to make a deposit to secure your booking. 
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a loss of your deposit. 
3. Late Arrivals: We strive to provide each client with the best possible service. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to modify the service to fit within the remaining scheduled time. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.
4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you are subject to your loss of deposit. Repeat no-shows may result in future appointment requests being declined.

Client Consent Form Policy

1. Prior to any lash or brow service at Milash Studio, all clients are required to complete and sign a consent form. This form provides essential information regarding the client’s health, any known allergies or sensitivities, and their agreement to proceed with the service.
2. Accuracy of Information: It is crucial that clients provide accurate and truthful information on the consent form. This includes disclosing any medical conditions, previous allergic reactions, or medications that could potentially impact the service.
3. Acknowledgment of Risks: The client consent form outlines the potential risks and limitations associated with lash and brow services. Clients are expected to read and understand these risks before proceeding with the service.
4. Minors: For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the consent form on their behalf.
5. Confidentiality: Milash Studio respects client privacy and confidentiality. All information provided on the consent form will be securely stored and treated with the utmost confidentiality, following applicable privacy laws and regulations.
